How it works
- The customer reaches your restaurant and scans the QR code- which can either be at your restaurant counter or drive-in.
The customer will open your restaurant website www.your-restaurant.com and choose his pick up preference-
- I’m already at Location (when they’re already at the restaurant)
- I will pick up my order at (they can specify the time at which they’ll arrive and pick the item)
- I will reach in (They can give an approximate time by which they’ll come to the restaurant)
NOTE- The customer can also specify the license plate number and get his food delivered to him by a staff member at his door!
- He opens the Menew App and places his order.
- After placing the order, the kitchen receives it and an order ticket is generated, which is sent to both the customer as well as the restaurant.
- He pays the bill using online modes of payment- hello, cashless ordering!
- He then collects the order or gets it delivered to this vehicle- maintaining minimal contact at all times!
- He gives his feedback and enjoys his meal!!!
